cancellation policy
Please be considerate of our time and our hard work in growing our small business. We understand things happen if you need to make any changes please do so NO LATER THAN 24 HOURS prior to your scheduled service time to avoid any fees.
All appointments require a card on file to be requested/scheduled, this includes all appointments booked in-person or online, also including services that will be paid for with gift cards. The debit/credit card is saved for SOLELY for E.B.B.S cancellation purposes.
LATE POLICY: There is a 10 minute late grace period. Please communicate with us if you’ll be late via phone call, voicemail, text, or Instagram direct message. If you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment may be canceled— resulting in a 50% "cancellation fee" for all services scheduled and a new appointment will have to be made to be serviced. Please plan ahead to be on time!
NO SHOW POLICY: No show is considered when a client has exceeded the 10 minute late grace period and has not communicated with E.B.B.S. via text, phone call, voicemail, or Instagram direct message. Appointment will be automatically canceled resulting in a 50% "cancellation fee" of all scheduled services. You may be asked to prepay for your services completely when scheduling in the future, or may be banned from booking with E.B.B.S if there is a history of no-show. NO EXCEPTIONS
RESCHEDULING POLICY: Absolutely no rescheduling is allowed the same day of appointment or less than 24 HOURS prior to scheduled appointment time. This is considered a cancellation resulting in 50% "cancellation fee" for all scheduled services. A new appointment will have to be made to be serviced. NO EXCEPTIONS.
CANCELLATIONS: Any cancellations made within 24 hours or less of your scheduled appointment time will result in a 50% "cancellation fee" for all scheduled services. NO EXCEPTIONS.
In the event your card is declined for the "cancellation fee" you will be asked to pay all fees in full before scheduling with E.B.B.S again. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If you are experiencing any technical difficulties making changes to your appointment online in a timely manner REACH OUT TO E.B.B.S AS SOON AS POSSIBLE to be further assisted. There will be no exceptions made to our cancellation policy.
